Pubococcygeus muscle

    Sometimes referred to as the PC muscle. This muscle is found in both male and females and stretches from teh pubic bone to the coccyx and supports the pelvic organs. It controls urine flow and contracts during orgasm. This is the muscle worked during Kegal Exercises.
