Luckily the folks at SANE-SART.com are trying to change that. As part of one of the most massive data collection efforts ever undertaken to track and report sexual assault statistics over time and accross the nation, the website aggregates data from participating SANE, and SART programs accross the country and displays this data in real time.
Here is a sample of the data for ejaculation site statistics from Today:

This type of information can be invaluable to a forensic evidence collection procedure. As you can see in a large percentage of cases the victim was unsure of the perpetrator reached ejaculation or not.
